No contracts for regular mowing or maintenance — you can stop any time. Snow removal is the one exception, where a seasonal agreement usually saves you money over per-storm pricing.
Do I need to be home when you come?
Not at all. As long as we can get to the yard, you don't need to be there. You'll get a text when the job is done.
